Get fit update: I am half way through the 30 Day Shred and haven't missed a day yet :) It hasn't been easy but Robb is a great motivator! I also signed up on J.illian Michaels' website and trying to watch what I eat a little and cut a few calories. It's amazing how many calories you can cut out just by realizing what you eat everday by writing it down. Hopefully after another 15 days I will see some nice results and move on to another workout routine. 52 days until we leave for vacation!

I got 1/2 way through the shed in the spring and stopped. We leave for vacation in 45 days so I better start now! You can be my motivator.
I agree! I started at the end of last year just trying to eat a handful instead of the whole bag.
A few M and Ms, one or two cookies, a handful of chips....it has done wonders and I don't even miss eating five cookies!
I lost eight pounds so far, but I am looking to lose about five more before spring break and bathing suit time:-)
Good for you! I ordered that DVD and just got it in the mail yesterday, so I start today!
Wow! I bought it today and man, oh man. I'm already sore.. How in the world do you make it thru the first level without dieing? LOL!
