Click here for the 1st edition and here for the 2nd edition. I am so glad I started this 3 years ago, its been so fun to see how much our days have changed over the years!
Follow along as I update throughout our day!!
Sadler’s day starts out at 5am to eat. Robb get him a bottle and he goes back down to sleep.
I wake up at 6:30 and get ready for our day, we are headed to a stroller fitness class and then playing in the fountain downtown with my friend Emily and her two girls. I pack up the diaper bag, check emails, blogs and face book and get myself ready, and I can’t miss my breakfast!
7:30 I do a load of laundry, water the plants and let the dog out. The boys are still sleeping! We have to be out the door in an hour, this could get crazy!
Sadler wakes up around 7:45, I change his diaper, get him dressed and fed him a bottle! He’s so happy in the mornings! After his bottle we have another diaper change :)
I wake Grayden up at 8:15,
(yes, those are snowmen pjs keeping it real here people :) you know that load of laundry I talked about? there were summer pj’s in there!)
get him dressed,
do his hair and give him breakfast on the go. Sadler chills in the swing!
We leave for stroller fitness class shortly after 8:30am
we get to the park we meet at a few minutes early so I let Grayden play on the play equipment for a bit!
For the next hour I push the big bus around as we walk, we stop every few minutes to do cardio, leg and ab exercises.
10:00 After class we met up with the girls at the fountain, the big kids play for awhile and the moms hold the babies.
11:00 Sadler has a bottle and we head to a jewelry shop I love downtown and then grabbed some lunch at a new deli.
After lunch we stopped in at one more store, did a quick diaper change in the back of the car for Sadler and were headed home at 1:00.
On the way home we quick stopped to see Daddy, Aunt Mindy and Grandma at work but both boys were sleeping in the car so we had them come out to the parking lot to see us (me, basically! :)
And one more quick stop at the lot to check the framer’s progress on the house
and we were home by 1:30. I put Grayden to sleep in his bed and Sadler is sleeping in the car seat.
2:00, like clock work Sadler eats again, then he chills in the bouncy seat while I switch out the laundry, unload the car and diaper bag, return phone calls and go through the mail.
2:40 Sadler’s still happy as a clam in the bouncy seat so I put away laundry…anyone see a theme here? we do laundry ALL.THE.TIME. My typical laundry day is Monday, that’s when everything gets washed, but it takes me all week to get it all put away and finished and with the holiday on this past Monday, and being away for the weekend I am way behind!
3:00 change Sadler’s outfit, he is wet with drool, spit and slobber. We spend some time cuddling and playing!
3:30 I hear Grayden wake up from his nap but he plays upstairs in his room for awhile after he wakes up so I leave him be. Sadler goes down for a nap 15 minutes later in the bouncy seat. I spend some time on the computer.
4:00 I get Grayden from upstairs, he got himself all wrapped up in his shirt, that's the second time he did that today, I think the tank top thing is new to him! He told me he ‘need a snack’ so i got his some pretzels and water and sat him in the chair where he watched a Boz movie. I’m going to get dressed for Mindy’s birthday dinner and have a little treat of my own, iced coffee!
4:15 ok, so i got about half way through taking my pony tail down and brushing my hair out when Sadler wakes up, and he is mad! I spend the next 45 minutes trying to get him back to sleep with no luck. at 5pm I give him another bottle. Hoping to be able to get dressed and ready when Robb gets home in a few!
5:20 Robb comes home, gives Sadler the rest of his bottle while I get ready. Some one comes to look at Robb’s Jeep for sale so he heads outside. I get the boys ready and we are on our way to dinner shortly after 6. We make a quick stop at the lot!
Grayden sings his little heart out when we’re in the car, so I took this little video of him!
and then head to Best Buy to price out TV’s. After Best Buy we head back to the same deli I had lunch at for some frozen yogurt! Sadler gets his last bottle at 8pm
We swing through at the lot one more time on the way home (we obviously can’t stay away!) and get home around 9:30, I get the boys ready for bed and Robb tucks Grayden in!
Grayden is fast asleep by 9:45. Sadler is in his pj’s and winding down,
he will most likely be asleep in the next half hour (10:30ish). We’ll head to bed too once he’s asleep!
Thanks for following along on our day! It sure was a busy one!

Just stopping by from Jenna's Journey! Your boys are precious! Congrats on the new house :)
Stopping by from Jenna's. LOVE your blog. Love that he was in snowman jammies, that totally sounds like my house! Your boys are so sweet!! Love the progress of the new house!
Happiness in building a new house. I just helped my daughter move into her new one. Check out her blog from mine and enjoy the finished products. The painters labeled her as the house of many colors. They could not believe she wanted a orange kitchen.
Love the photos. Keep them coming.
I love these day in the life posts. Your boys are just precious and I'm sure they bring you such joy! I can totally relate with the laundry. I can never get caught up no matter how hard I try. Stopping by from Jenna's challenge.
Awe...thanks for the peek into a "day in the life of Grayden & Sadler" ~ what a fun day, (except for the laundry-thing) although it's wonderful that you have little-people laundry to do :) )

I love reading your blog! I have a 2 year old and 9 month old and can relate to your day! You are such a fun mom and look good doing it!!
Love your style! Also love your boys names.. I will have to keep them in mind for our next round!
I'm wondering, are you a stay at home mommy? I thought you were a hair stylist, but maybe I missed a post about you no longer doing that or maybe today was just a day off.
You are a busy busy mommy. I wish I were up and out the door on my way to exercise somewhere. My kids are both pretty late sleepers and my husband works from home so I take full advantage of that and don't get out of bed until 9:15.
i do hair out of the salon in our basement on monday and tuesday nights when robb is home to watch the boys! i love it, i get to stay at home but also work a little!
Oh, that's awesome and a pretty sweet deal.
I keep thinking that I should document our days like this since my baby is growing up so quickly! I love your cute little family. Where did you get the names? Sadler is such a cute name! Just stopping by from Jenna's Journey. Feel free to come and follow us!

Cute video! and seriously that photo of G all tangled in his shirt made me laugh. My son has the same troubles - maybe it's a boy thing?!?
What a great video of Grayden singing! As a speech pathologist I can tell you I love it when a two year old has already developed correct use of the /l/ and /r/ sounds, not to mention /s/-blends and /l/-blends! He's got a great vocabulary too.
Oh what a cutie Grayden is:) Ilove his bedding where did you find that?? Love the pictures of the house:) When do myou hope to be in? Have you thought about any colors yet??
