There are no words

Wednesday, January 14, 2009

If you have ever lost a child, at any age, at any time, please know that ALL of you are heavy on my heart today. There are no words to describe the pain and hurt I feel along with you. You have been prayed for and are continually being prayed for by me and so many others.

I felt compelled to share this verse with you today: I hope it brings some comfort.

"And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be No more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful." (Revelations 21:4-5).

if anyone has any specific prayer requests today, please email me katielubbers (at) hotmail (dot) com.

Katie..wow. You are such an amazing person, I can just tell. It is awesome how you let Christ shine through you, you have no idea how much people need that. You are in my prayers as well.

Katie, thanks for being an encouragement in your suffering. I am loving the new song "Our Hope Endures" by Natalie Grant; have you heard it?

BTW, do you have any invitations left for your "private" blog? I would really like to follow your journey.

You are so sweet, Katie. What a blessing you are to other people to be able to relate, sympathize, and life them up on prayer and encouragment.

I was also wondering if you had any space left on your private blog. I have put you on as a permanent prayer request at my church and I want to keep them updated on adoption.

I added your button. I proudly display it on my blog!
God Bless!
