My 2nd Mother's Day without you

Sunday, May 10, 2009

I miss you sweet boy, thank you for the honor it is to be your mommy. I love you so much and as always can't wait for the day when we are united again. You have blessed my life in so many ways, you are such a gift!

To our own moms~ We love you very much! Thank you for your unconditional love and support. Happy Mother's Day!

To all you other mothers out there I'd like to wish you a Happy Mother's Day, may your children continue to bless and enrich your lives each and every day!
To all you mothers out there without your children here to hug today, Happy Mother's Day and know you are in my prayers on this difficult day. Your children may not be here to make you breakfast in bed today but they love you so very much. You are great mommies.
And to all you women who long to be a mother, this day is especially difficult for you as well. Today as you sit in silence and tears as the mothers glow from happiness on their special day, know you are being prayed for as well. May God bless you and multiply your families in His own perfect timing.
Love and Prayers~
Katie

Thank you so much for posting something about the women who long to be mothers. Most people forget about us, but today is so difficult. I've cried a few times today and it is only 10:30am. Thank you for remembering and praying for us.

I am also in the last group that you mentioned. I really appreciate your post, it helps so much on a day like today. I want you to know that you are in my prayers today, yes I long for a child, but you have a hard day ahead of you also. I cannot imagine how difficult it must be to have lost a child. I pray the Lord will give you peace. Happy Mother's Day to you, you have been blessed with a beautiful boy who I'm sure is in Heaven looking down on his mother today!

Katie you are a precious mommy!

Little Brenham is so sweet and perfect! He looks alot like our son did when he was born (very preemie as well). I really wish I would have had some pictures of him.

I am praying for you (it is past mother's day... sorry) I have not stopped thinking of you all and this road you are on! It is long and bumpy at times but it is so worth it!

Blessings!

Hi there,
I am new to your blog and of course very late with this but Happy Mothers Day. I absolutely love that picture of your sweet baby and you. I think about you often after having found your blog. I want to thank you for making me stop, and take time to smell the roses and the 3 beautiful little children that I am so very fortunate to have. Take care of yourself.
