This was my view from the couch, where I was for most of the day on Monday, such a rainy, lazy day!
Sadler sleeping at Target again on Tuesday while Gray was at school
Both boys took a nap that afternoon (at the same time!) So busted out my stash of Easter candy.
The boys thought of a new way to watch cartoons Wednesday morning
Robb drove home for lunch in a semi truck, the boys we're in heaven.
We tried a new smoothie Thursday morning, wasn't quite as good as my green monster smoothie but it was fun to switch it up.
We received a letter in the mail from our Ethiopian sponsor child, Ashenafi this week, love those!
Sadler and I on a bagel date, I just love our Tuesday and Friday morning alone time together.
Best moments of the week:
*Sunday night Gray came up with with an idea to sleep without a diaper on. We've had zero success with this in the past, but since it was laundry day the next morning anyways we couldn't say 'no'. Monday morning I woke up to "MOM! I kept my undies dry!" So proud of that boy, he's been diaper free ever since!
*Gray can say the sweetest things, a fave from this week is "my heart is breaking, i love you SO much!"
I feel the same way, sweet boy!
*Snuggles with Sadler when he woke up too early from a nap
*Seeing my friend Trisha on Thursday at our playdate at Deanna's playhouse with her daughter, it had been way to long and I missed her like crazy!

My idea of writing my best moments of the week came to me last week, and it couldn't have been better timing. I overall had a pretty bad week so it was nice to take this opportunity to look back and think of the good things that happened. I don't have the words, or the emotional energy to get into why my week was rough at this time, but my family and I would appreciate your thoughts and prayers.
Thanks so much.

T&P!
((hugs))
Sorry to hear about the rough week; hope you ended up putting those pjs back on today and had a relaxing day :) Will add your family to my prayer list!
Prayer is a wonderful "tool". Remember, even when we don't know how to pray, or what to pray, Spirit gives utterance. He knows! May peace like a river flood you today!
Prayers for you and your family.
I love your idea of the best moments of the week. Makes me want to have that mind set all week so that I can list them at the end. Good refocussing :)
BTW- I LOVE your hair....in every picture.... ;) you never seem to have a bad hair day and i seem to live in one! SOOO jealous! ;)
Sorry it was rough. :(
Hi Katie - sorry I have been MIA on responding to your blog :( I had a bad accident Christmas Day and broke ssveral bones that required surgery. I was in bad shape but I am finally getting better, thanks to help from family and the power of prayer. I just wanted to pop in to say Hi and that I have missed all my fav blogs. Hopefully I'll be around more often. You kids are amazing - so big! I will be praying for your family. I just passed the one year mark of the death of my son Jonathan, still can't blieve I made it thru this first year. Next week is his 26th birthday so that will be a hard day :(
Take care - love to you and your family.
