My Grandma W moved into the Hospice House this past week. She fell a few weeks back and fractured her tailbone, since then things have all gone downhill, she has been in and out of the nursing home, therapy center and the hospital many times in the past 4 weeks. We pray for her comfort as we wait for God's will in her life. Her 90 years! here on Earth may be nearing its end, but we know she has many loved ones waiting for her in Heaven and whenever God calls her home she will be pain free and healed.
We appreciate the prayers for my Grandma and our family in this difficult time.

Praying for all involved. She probably touched a lot of hearts in 90 years!
I just said a prayer for your sweet Grandma. My Grandma was in a hospice house for a time before she made her trip home to heavean. The staff at the hospice houses are so wonderfully sweet and helpful. If you need anything let the hospoce house staff know, and they will help you. May God bless you, your grandmother and your family during this time!

How I know this pain. You know I recently lost my Grandmother, and it was such a hard experience, yet there was a lot of good about it too. It's hard to explain.
Grandmothers are wonderful, amazing, special people.
I will certainly be praying for her, and for your family, and for your heart as she prepares to head Home.
