My 2.5 minutes of fame!

Tuesday, July 22, 2008

Check this out.

You can read the article here.

There was also another TV interview that aired awhile back on Fox 17 news, and i will try and put that one up too sometime, but it takes forever to upload.

*Please pray for a better night tonight, i had a little issue last night while getting up to go the bathroom, i was in so much pain that what should have been a five second walk to the bathroom ended up taking 5 minutes and by the time i got there i was so exhausted that i about passed out and had to lie on the bathroom floor for awhile. Not Fun. but i think i was a little overdue for a pain pill so i will make sure to keep an eye on the time tonight and not go too long without a pill or two! Hopefully that will do the trick but i would appreciate your prayers.*

Hi Katie,
I live in Zeeland and found your blog through a friend and I have been following your story for quite a while now! I wanted you to know I am praying for you. I also wanted to tell you that whoever made a rude comment had no right! Your grief is yours and yours alone to deal with the best way that fits you. I feel blessed to know your story and to keep you in my prayers. Not all of us are rude and I have been through loss too and would never make a judgement as to how somebody else deals with those things! I am praying for you!

Katie,
I have been following your story and I never quite knew the right words to tell you. I am thrilled to hear you are going to carry on your blog. You are such an amazing inspiration in so many ways. Continue to let God use you and use this to His glory despite what the naysayers may have to say. I love how honest and open you are. My husband and I pray daily and we will continue to do so. Sleep peacefully tonight and know that you are loved by so many.

I really think Oprah should invite you on her show! You have such a story to tell with amazing Faith. YOu both deserve so much. Good job with the interview, it looked great. I'm glad I got to see one cuz I missed the one about Holland's Big Give. Hope your wound(in many ways) is doing better!

Katie and Robb

I just read your story tonight. I had a stroke a year ago and found out that I can not have children. I am now going through a divorce. You and Brenham have given me strength. I know that God is with me and with Him I can get through this tough time. He will never leave my side. Thank you for sharing your story. God Bless you. My prayers are with you.
