{If you fall into any of these categories or are in need of prayer for anything let me know how I can do that for you more specifically by either leaving a comment (you can be anonymous) or sending me and email (katielubbers @ hotmail . dom). I know many of you have sent up numerous prayers on my account over the past couple years and I would be truly blessed if I could return the favor!}

"Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working."

Thanks, Katie for being such a good example. I'm glad I sat down and saw this post so I could take time to pray for hurting people and those who make important decisions in our world. (And while I'm here, I want to thank you for being such a good mommy to my grandson Grayden.) We love you Katie!

Hi Katie!! Today, I am praying for a young girl, 14 years old, who has an appointment tomorrow for an abortion. Her mom is supportive of her decision and is taking her there. The girl's boyfriend told her that if she keeps the baby, he will kill himself. Our youth pastor's wife has been meeting with her the past couple of days and is going to meet with her once again tonight to show her a movie of an ultrasound on a baby that is 9 weeks along. If you get a chance, could you please take a minute to pray that the Lord will soften her heart and change her mind completely so she will give this baby LIFE! Thank you!!

Hi Katie,

My family is dealing with a lot of illness right now. I would love a prayer to be sad in honor of my sweet Aunt Connie. She will be undergoing surgery soon, she needs all of the prayers she can get.

Thank you so much!

My wife and I have been married nearly 10 years and have yet to either have a child or be blessed through adoption. We signed up w/an adoption agency three years ago and are still waiting (for an older child...not a baby) Pray for God to work in the hearts of the social workers who think that something must be wrong w/us because we have been waiting so long that they shy away from choosing us as potential parents.

Hi Katie,

Hi Katie, It's me again. Praise the Lord, I have some good news. The girl I was requesting prayer for has cancelled her apointment for tomorrow because she is very confused right now. Her mom did not allow her to meet with our youth pastor's wife tonight, but we are praying that something has gotten through to her. Please, continue to pray for this young girl and for our Church body to rise up and show her the love and support that she needs right now. Thanks!! Jaclyn Lewis

Amazing and thank you. The person I am requesting prayer for is me, my son and family. My bf (fiance) passed away on April 18th. He left behind a 7-year-old son. He was hit while riding his motorcycle coming to my house. He lived for 17 days but ultimately his liver wasn't strong enough. We need pray for healing, strength and courage.

Much love sent your way,

Kelly

Hi Katie - what a wonderful prayer list you have. I too am praying for many of those same things. My prayer for you is to enjoy your Mother's Day coming up. I think being a Mom is the most important job in the world. I hope you get lots of hugs, kisses, and feel special (and I know you will with your angel in heaven and your boys here on earth). For me: please please pray my husband finds a job soon. It's been almost 8 months and I am starting to lose faith. I worry about money every single minute of the day right now - please pray I can clear my mind of all this doubt and fear and let God's plan take shape on his timeline.
God Bless - and Happy Mother's Day!
