summer weekend

we had a great weekend, sadler is feeling great, you would never know he had surgery a few days ago!

Friday we had our first family movie night, we watched ‘Alvin and the chipmunks chip-wrecked’ it was really cute!

gray has been really into cruise ships ever since Robb and I went on ours, so it was the perfect movie for him!

Saturday i headed off to zumnba only to realize there wasn’t class this week! opps!

instead we headed to the farmers market and got some fresh goodies!

in the afternoon we all took a long walk and then headed to downtown Saugatuck. We did a little shopping, played at the park and checked out the boats!

we met my family for dinner at the butler to celebrate my mom and dad’s 30th wedding anniversary!

at a trip to Saugatuck wouldn’t be complete without a visit to Kilwin’s for ice cream and fudge!

we had a great Sunday enjoying church, pizza with friends, and some r & r!

I love Saugatuck! We've been there twice now. So many cute shops and restaurants. Have you done the 'ride the duck' tour? I can't remember if that's what htey call it there -- but you hop in a "car" that turns into a "boat." We loved it - loved hearing a little about the history of the town. Love South Haven and Grand Haven, too and Douglas had a cute children's bookstore - not sure if it's still there.

Glad that Sadler is doing better!!
