Jovie, we've had such a great week with you. You are such a good baby and we are head over heels for you!
We celebrated you turning 1 week old tonight with pjs, tinker bell, and sparkling juice
You came home Monday morning! We were so ready to have you home!
You eat 2 oz every 4 hours
bath time is tolerable
First bath at the hospital, just a few hours old
First bath at home, 4 days old
Your current weight at the pedi on Wednesday was weight was 6lbs 1oz, already on your way up from when we left the hospital Monday at 5lbs 14oz. You'll be back to your birth weight in no time, which is just awesome for a 37 weeker the doctor said! Go Jovie!
You sleep, sleep, and sleep some more!
You love tummy time
you get startled really quickly and twitch a lot, the doctor said its just your nervous system still developing
you love to snuggle
you wear newborn clothes and you swim in most of them!
you are sleeping in the pack n play bassinet across the hall from our room in the laundry room, a lot closer than your nursery, which is on the opposite side of the house and connected to Sadler's room who would wake up every time you make a peep!
We love you Jovie and are so thankful to have you in our family!

So cute!! Did you end up needing a c section or not? Either way, you win. She's a keeper. I just wondered if you ended up needing the surgery (I've had two and understand!!) She's a blessing that's for sure!
