I've always wanted to try the ball workout! Be careful of the tree!
You should pat yourself ont he back for taking such good care of your health. :)
WE have that very same ball!! My kids use it like a catapualt(sp?)
They can bounce pretty high on it too. I should probably use it to exersize but what mom could take such a useful toy away from her children? So I suffer in silence ;)
Stay as far away from that tree as possible with that ball, you sure don't want to wreck that tree. Good Luck.
HAHA.. I think thats the first time I've seen you in workout clothes since high school sports..hehe!!
GO PACO!!!
You are to funny!! Ha ha! Have fun working out!
Good Luck!! :0)
I just started working out with an exercise ball this fall- they can be tricky at first, but you get a great workout. Good luck and stay away from the tree your first few times!

I don't comment much, but this was really funny. I got visions of you and the tree and the ball - too much!
I hope you were successful!

First of all, your tree is beautiful! Second, so are you! You're looking so great, and healthy. Keep it up Katie :)
That is hilarious, it brought back a memory of my husband who is now in his early 30's.. a few years ago I got an exercise ball for Christmas and my husband in all his glory decided it would be fun to try and stand on the ball... we narrowly escaped a trip to the ER.... from me laughing so hard I almost passed out! Have fun but BE CAREFUL! :-D
Hey Katie!
Hope the workout went well. I was hoping for pictures afterwards...did the tree stay up??? See you Sunday!
