Back to School Date with Jovie!

I realized I hadn't posted about Jovie's back to school date yet, which was on the boys' first day of school, August 22. Sorry JoJo!

She had waited so patiently for her back to school date with mommy! She is such a treasure, and although we spend lots of 1 on 1 one time together while the boys are in school, this was special because she got to chose what we did (other than the grocery pick up- thanks again Walmart for making that such a quick and easy process!) she chose lunch at Anna’s House for her favorite grilled chicken breast with A-1, and then going thrift shopping!

Jovie's First Day of Preschool!

Jovie had her first day of preschool September 5!

After watching her brothers have so much fun, she was more than ready for her turn with Mrs. Parrott!
It’s always hard to “let go” of our kids and release them into the care of others, but I’m so thankful to know she’s in amazing hands, being loved on and adored while she’s there! What a gift!
Let your light shine, beauty girl! You are God’s treasured possession, may you see yourself in that same confidence that comes only from Him!

Labor Day Weekend Camping Trip

We spent Labor Day weekend having one last hurrah camping!

We stayed at Oak Grove in our own home town.

We got to the campground Thursday evening after Sadler's soccer practice, got set up and had some time for a quick evening swim and some games in the camper before bedtime.
