We spent Labor Day weekend having one last hurrah camping!
We stayed at Oak Grove in our own home town.
We got to the campground Thursday evening after Sadler's soccer practice, got set up and had some time for a quick evening swim and some games in the camper before bedtime.
He's my kind of camper, reading with a snack :)
Robb had to work Friday, so we invited our friends, the Meiste's, to stay for the day and the guys came at night for a cookout!
Saturday morning we snuck in a quick bike ride, climb up Mt. Pisgah, and some fun on the beach playground before the rain came!
But first pancakes!
It rained for the majority of the afternoon, but we didn't let that stop our fun!
We enjoyed a hot dog roast thanks to Oak Grove
Saturday night we took a bike ride (9 miles round trip) to get ice cream!
The kids did awesome!
You can tell who carried the backpack by the sweaty outline on Robb's shirt! Ha!
Sunday was a great beach day! So thankful we got to do that in!
We took an evening bike ride to grab pizza and have a picnic on the channel
We ended our night with a bonfire with the Perdok family.
Monday morning we packed up the camper and headed to the annual Labor Day Truck Parade!
We had a great weekend! So thankful!
